Fairly clean accommodation, very helpful and attentive staff from check-in to check-out. Outstanding, amazing breakfast with fish and delicious flavours of food, for example. Early check in, affordable prices. Everything nice. Very very nice area, excellent and stunning location, close enough to Mitsukoshi-mae train station, good shops/restaurants and subway stations, and major attractions in Tokyo. Plus, easy walk to Fukutoku Shrine.

Although our room had no view from the window, we were pleasantly surprised with the room amenities, including air conditioning and tea & coffee facilities.
